Certificate in Stress Management and Performance Coaching

The Certificate in Stress Management and Performance Coaching is a module on the Association for Coaching Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching programme. (The certificate course is at an introductory to intermediate level.)

This certificate course is a modular six-day programme. Learners must attend module a) and b) plus one additional module as below:

CONTENTS

a) Primary Certificate in Stress Management (2 days)
b) Primary Certificate in Performance Coaching (2 days)
c) Primary Certificate in Problem Focused Counselling, Coaching and Training (2 days) OR
d) Primary Certificate in Assertion and Communication Skills Training (2 days)

A certificate is awarded to learners who successfully complete the training courses and the Post Programme Reviews.

This certificate programme provides training in specialist areas relating to coaching.

POST PROGRAMME REVIEW & CERTIFICATE
A certificate of achievement is awarded to participants who successfully complete the programmes and the Post Programme Reviews (modules a-d).

The Certificate in Psychological Coaching is also Approved by the British Psychological Society and the International Society for Coaching Psychology for the purposes of CPD. The certificate programme is run in association with the Centre for Stress Management. In addition, this programme has been recognised as providing eligibility for ‘Associate’ grade of IoL. On joining IoL the approved post-nominal letters are  AIoL (Associate Member of The Institute of Leadership).
